Work included selective demolition, MEP, tile, carpet, windows and doors, and miscellaneous exterior work.

The project consisted of excavation and leveling of site, granite trail system, a new parking lot, soccer fields, drainage system, irrigation, landscaping, granite markers, and an entrance sign.
