Demolition of 1920’s airforce runway, new sedimentation pits and building slab, electrical, new metal building (owner provided, we erected), 30” steel pipe and manhole for exterior testing beds, rain simulator and interior testing beds.

The project consisted of a complete transformation of a 100 year old farm house into a community center. Work included replacing all windows, doors, ceilings, trim, MEP, hardwood floors, stone veneer, roof, porch addition, sidewalks and stone patio.

Doubling the size of an existing 1000 sf restaurant. Includes demolition,moved kitchen, added new grease trap, new plumbing, new bathrooms, electrical, new ceiling grid and tile, quarry tile in kitchen, freezers, hood system, HVAC, new dining room, etc. Job completed in 13 days.
